BACKGROUND: Enjoys cycling, running, yoga, reading fiction, watching movies, playing and watching basketball, and goofing around with family… former CrossFitter.

FUN FACTS: binge-watched all of Futurama with his 3.5 year old son in just 4 months (“He really appreciates Bender!”)… lived in Tokyo for 2 years.

ADVICE TO NEW MEMBERS: “Join! And, log all of your results -- it is very fun to see them get better and better. There might be ups and downs but if you stick with it and show up -- the things you thought were hard a month or two ago will seem easy.”

ADVICE TO NEW MEMBERS: “It’s hard but don’t give up. There is nothing wrong with not finishing a set, needing to modify a movement or entire workout, or needing to go slow. Take it one movement and one workout at a time and you will be amazed at the results!”
